Stacie brings many facets of industry experience to our team. In addition to her years as a licensed real estate broker, she has found success in residential construction as a general contractor, residential property management and land development. These skills have proven beneficial in helping our clients recognize untapped potential and value as well as the hidden pitfalls a property may possess.

Stacie spends her time touring homes with clients throughout the Greater Seattle area including King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island Counties. As a Native Washingtonian she has lived all over the Puget Sound area giving her much insight to our many distinct and varying communities. In working with sellers, Stacie gives each listing the attention to detail it deserves. Our network of professional photographers, stagers, landscapers and contractors are instrumental in her ability to present our listings to the public looking their very best. High quality marketing materials are produced and distributed both online and tangibly to the largest buyer pool possible, in her quest of obtaining the best results possible for our clients.
